  • Clients MUST come with their hair washed and ready (absolutely nothing in your hair grease, oil, gel etc) 

    Please avoid calling or texting me to schedule , I don't do ANY scheduling by phone 

    If you are or will be more than 15 mins late , unfortunately I will NOT be able to service you. If you are going to be late please give advance notice to avoid disappointment.

 

  • We do not provide custom hair or weave colouring until further notice

  • Clients are expected to provide their own hair for their appointments

    STRICT AND ENFORCED 72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

  • Less than 72 hour notice will result in a charge of the reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you cannot make an appointment, you can change the date.

 

  • Below is our wig measurement guide. Please use this guide to ensure the wig is made to perfection.
